Don’t eat too less Food, becuase if you want to lose weight you have to go exercise… and to have enough energy do to your exercises you need to get the carbonhydrate and vitamins out of your food, so it right!
Exercise twice a week and you’ll already the results, you may not see it on a scale but you’re going to FEEL the difference! ;)
