most important is to drink a lot of water! your body needs water anyways but to burn fat and build up muscles it needs twice as much as usually… also when your mind thinks he’s hungry but your body actually isn’t you should drink a tall glass of cold water (sometimes it can also be that we might feel hungry but instead of that our body actually feels thirsty).
It is also important, that you do SMALL exercises every day! try to do some crunches and push ups before you go to sleep, that makes you burn more calories while your asleep.
Always remember to lose weight you just have to burn more than you eat ;-)
I know it’s hard but you just have to keep going… something that really can help you is if you’re going to buy a calendar and cross out every day that you have passed successfully. Every time after a day passed by which you’ve managed successfully you’ll feel happy and this will make you keep going, so in the end you’ll be proudly watching on a crosse out calendar!
